IceWolf729
So, as I've read on the official GTA wiki, you can't buy food or drinks anymore in GTA V. This is a bit of a disappointment, because every game since GTA Vice City had this feature as a way of replenishing health. OK, I know you can buy snacks at stores, but that's very limited. However, with the arrival of the new version still 4 months away, do you think they might restore this feature and make restaurants accessible again? I'm waiting for the PC version and managed to keep the entire story and many features completely spoiler-free so far so I'm not even sure how you regain health in the game anyway. I hope it's not regenerative health... Would you guys like to buy food and drinks again in GTA V? I think this would be a nice feature. DaRkL3AD3R
I'm skeptical but at the same time all signs point to a major overhaul being possible. All the assets are in place such as the street vendors on Del Perry Pier, the fast food restaurants scattered around the map. It's quite possible that they decided that last gen couldn't handle all that script and AI and left it for the eventual next gen and pc release. It didn't make sense to completely drop all that bonus content from past games when making their supposedly most ambitious game to date. Personally I'm expecting it in the new version.
