Making a Story out of GTAO

Have you ever made a story using the Gta online missions? I know that there is a actual "story" in gta online but its very dull and just end after you meet Madrazo. I think I've made a decent tale about my character and was wondering if anyone has done the same.

 

I can give a brief description:

 

The Protagonist lives in Los Santos and is just trying to get rich. He makes money off of drug dealing and other illegal activities. He's in a business partnership with his friend Gerald. The protagonist is in charge with acquiring the product by stealing from other gangs while Gerald is in charge of distribution.The protagonist is also friends with Lamar. Lamar usually hooks you up with other jobs since he knows you're always trying to make an easy buck.He introduces you to Simeon, who is looking for someone to "repo" cars for him.

 

Basically the first act of the story consists of Gerald and Simeon Missions with the occasional Lamar mission. I will stop here for now. If you are interested in my story or have also made a story of your own then discuss it in this topic! I didn't wanna waste too much time typing my whole story and know one bothers reading it

The missions tie into sp story. Most martin missions are to get kill evidence and witnesses so he is acquitted of running a mexican cartel and narcotics ring

I was going to make a story of it once they added heists. I have now completely forgot what my story was

My story, my guy was born, he grew up, he got into racing.. He raced, he won, he was a happy little mute guy..

On a serious note though... Not really tried to make a story up for my guy, i just go with the flow and do what ever it is that makes me and my little mute fella happy on that day....

back in january i wrote a story of my character from the moment he landed in LS to the moment the FIB(R*) put end to the money frenzy!

 

 

 

 

my guy had a tough childhood, growing up pretty much homeless in some island in the caribbean, he landed in LS thanks to a childhood friend that connected him with Lamar, that promise him job, money and some ladies.

 

at first he thought he was going to get a legit job but he knew some crazy sh*t was about to go down when Lamar gave him a gun minutes after landing in LS.

 

he stole some dope for some guy called Gerald, stole some cars for a cheap bastard named Simeon and did some dirty work for Madrazo a mafioso type of guy, hacked some computers for Lester a creepy computer geek and picked up some crates and other equipment for Ron, a very paranoic dude..

 

money was good, after a month or so of arriving in LS, Carimbo already owned a really nice apartment at Del Perro Heights and had some nice cars in his garage. He felt like he had made it!!!

 

Then something strange happened, one day he woke up and found a note in his door that said "for all the problems you had during the month of october, i deposited 500k in your bank account, dont worry the money is clean", he was confused but didnt ask any questions in the bank about that. He when on to customize some of his cars, bought some guns and stuff like that.

 

Couple days after the Black Friday, he notice that a bunch of teenagers were driving very expensive cars with ridiculous paint jobs, fancy clothes an all, incluiding a guy that used to ask for money at the stop light, all of the sudden this guy was driving a million dollar car and had bought a apartment at the then exclusive Eclipse Towers. Carimbo asked the guy how he achieved that much wealth from one day to the other, this guys, which wont reveal his name, told Carimbo about a group of guys that had hacked the servers of all major banks and were paying top money for killing their enemies, sometimes they were just giving away cash from the back of pick up truck.

 

Days passed before Carimbo finally stumble upon one of this guys, that offered him some $200millions for the dead of one of his enemies, Carimbo when out hunting this guy, killed him without a hitch, took a photo and had a $200million wire transfer into his account, on top of all the money he was asked to perform more jobs for them. After doing 6 more hits for them, Carimbo was sitting on 2.3Billion dollars.

 

He when on to live a very lavish life, he when on a multimillion dollar shooping spree, bought cars, boats, planes, helicopters, some said he made a deal with a some crooked high ranked person at Fort Zancudo that managed to get a Rhino tank for him.

 

Weeks when on, he continue to buy cars, give cars away, Police say he was involved in some major shootouts.

 

Then one day, after night out full of drugs, sex and alcohol, he woke up at 3pm turned on Weazel News and his jaw dropped as they report that after many weeks of silence, the FIB were finally taking action in the hacked money issue that was "disrupting the balance of society". He quicky made some calls, had Lester create a fake ID and bank account and transfered some millions into that account, following Lester's recommendation he made a $10million investment into a securities bonds company named Truffade Co. which guaranteed a minimum 60% return of investment.

48 hours after making this deal, the goverment announced a complete lockdown of the entire city, martial law was put in place, all communications were cut. no news, no radio, no internet, nothing.

 

After some 14hours, all communication were restored, martial law was lifted and the entire population woke up to the news that during the lockdown, FIB experts, along with members of all major banks have managed to trace the hacked money and all of it have been removed from the accounts. The government admitted that they wont be able to prosecute every person that was involved with this money hack or that received, shared or bought things with this money.

 

Many cried, some commited suicide when they found their bank accounts empty, not being able to pay for basic utility cost.

 

Carimbo was relaxed, even know all his money was wiped from his accouts, he's relax, after all his $10million dollar investment with the people of Truffade was a smart move. On top of that he had 500k stashed at his apartment, so he's cool, liquidating his investment little by little because the FIB put a system in place that trace bank transactions. Any weird transaction and they either take your money away or send you to Guantanamo or both.

 

Carimbo is back doing some work for some of his old clients, laundering the money from the Truffade deal, trying to live a lavish life while keeping a low profile!

 

 

later i would try to make some updates to the story, i need to add the involvement of my guy in a shady business that involved the people of LSC, Karin and Truffade(rebel money glitch), his alleged participation in a sex trafficking ring(hookers money glitch) and maybe some stories from behind bars as he's being through prison(bad sport) atleast 5 times.

That's not really a story though, is it? Getting rich and doing missions for Gerald/Simeone is just what you do in GTA Online. A story would require another motivation beyond increasing your money stat, like maybe he needs the money to pay for his mom's operation or he's the 4th son of a mafia crimelord and he's hoping setting up operations in Los Santos will earn him some attention from his neglectful father.
