Looking for Mission Grinders and a Laid Back Crew (PS3)

I am looking for a few people to play missions with to grind out the RP and GTA$.

 

I do not have a mic, and I'm tired of getting matched up with people that fail missions on purpose, or mess around instead of finishing the missions. I'm laid back about the game and I don't mind taking my time, but I don't like playing with people who enter and then just act stupid (like blowing up the objective vehicles, etc.) and make the game less enjoyable. I would also like to find a good crew of laid back players who just like to have fun in game. I'm looking for ways to make the game more fun and a better experience.

Im sorry but I must say this you should really, really consider getting a mic. You enjoy playing cooperatively with others than you need to communicate with them

 

Strategy and tactics cannot be easily discussed thru text chat.

 

Youre failing missions because your team is not communicating that is the biggest issue here. That is how you fix the problem.

 

Yah friending people on here will help but not as much as getting a mic would.

 

Cant count the number of times a mission was fvcked up or plan led astray because some @sshat didnt have a mic and didnt hear the plan. Jumping in our parked buzzards that are parked for a reason. Triggering timed missions before the team is ready again because they cant communicate effecticely.

 

If you really enjoy coop just get one. If we ever get heists youll need one to plan complex strategies.

 

Ps forgot to ask if you keep the voice on thru tv? If not that could be why missions start the way they do for you.

 

If im with at least one other friend/crew we check teammates for communication capability and if they dont respond we usually kill them. 9/10 times they fvck it up because they dont know our strategy, easier to kill them first we still get the 10% bonus.

You just need smarter teammates.

Killing your teammates is proving you're a complete asshole.

I never thought a 10% bonus would be that important to someone.LOL

How many times do you enjoy looking at a mission failed screen before you act? For me its once. If some no communicating clown takes the objective and fails you let them take it again?? No you either stop them or vote them out..

You dont have to wear it during freeroam squeaker screaming matches but for coop it should be necessary.
