Everything I need is right there from ls customs to ammunition shops even the clothes shop is not far away. Also it's a good place to start off whether you want to go to BC or downtown LS, or the airport. Only back side is that there's sometimes chaos in this part of town because of the mod shop, but mostly it's pretty quiet. EDIT: As OP mentioned, having the Ammu nation, clothes shop, mod shop closeby is a nice perk. There's also a good couple of stores in that area.. 'People say its lonely and trashy, - But I think it's cozy and classy. 'Not to mention that clothes, ammo, tattoos, a haircuttery as well as a modshop are only a few seconds away, and a 24/7 a little drive up the road. The LSC is just across the road, ammunation just around the corner and a convenience store about a block away. justind71 Posted September 28, 2014 Share Posted September 28, 2014 I like the 10 car garage near the figure 8 loop thing with the mod shop there, you can access the roofs some cool spots there and its just got a cool feel to it. I used to love that 5 car one up near the machinery and not far from the church, it has a truck loading area outside of it and its got a way cool feel to it being out in the desert, not many hassles out there. I have to leave the building if i want to go from garage to garage or apt to apt. My 1st garage has 10 cars i hardly use except during crew related meets. 3 Sport and 7 Super. Integrity Way: Secondary apt. garage with cars made for pure cruising and car meets. I have my Vacca and Carbo over there, I am working on filling the other 5 cars. I love the Vinewood Sign view. OFT: These 2 apartments IMHO have the best views. Tinsel Towers comes third, after a while of living there I have grown tired of the bloodbath.
