I'd imagine that Roman's dream tavern will be opened up, either by himself or by Niko in honor of his ill-fated cousin. Roman will run the tavern if he is still alive, otherwise Mallorie will be in charge of it. The cab business is still running, with Niko being in charge of it. He is also a part time driver. Mallorie's child will be 5 by now, and if Roman died, then Niko has taken on a fatherly role. LJ is still selling drugs with Badman, as stated by Franklin's cousin. I don't see anything good happening with Dwayne, but i don't see him committing suicide. He either becomes a homeless drug addict, or maybe he is hired for the Bellic tavern. He's still depressed either way. Phil Bell was arrested shortly after the ending, and is currently serving 20 years in prison. If the Deal ending is chosen, Kate will eventually dump Niko and say she is moving away. She'd probably move to the Carraways or somewhere in Upstate Liberty, living happily. I like to think Roman and Niko opened that one restaurant Roman was talking about with Niko turning his back on the criminal life and dropping contact with his associates like Packie. Like mentioned above, LJ is still selling drugs. Brucie is the face of Bullshark Testosterone. Dwayne(I also think it's canon you kill Playboy)....... I don't know. Maybe he finally found happiness.
