gta v compatibility pack 2 not downloading

i just got xbox live and i wanted to play gta online so it told me i needed the compatibility pack so i downloaded the first one and when i went to get the second one it said "there are no items available for purchase at this time" what do i do?

Hello TRENT_THE_TRUCK.

 

This seems to be an issue on the R* side.

 

This fellow member reported the same issue a few hours ago.

 

 

If your still experiencing this issue, try downloading the updates from the Xbox Live Marketplace website and see if that works for you.

Edit: Its seem they were also removed from the website. Hopefully they'll be back up soon.

I don't think so buddy.

A lot of people are complaining about this @Rockstar Support.

 

Try these steps and see if it helps:

 

 

  1. From your Dashboard, go to Settings
  2. From Settings menu select System, Storage, HDD, Games & Apps, GTA V
  3. Delete all patch files and compatibility pack files from this screen
  4. Return to the Dashboard
  5. Select Settings, and then Storage
  6. Highlight the Storage Device where GTA V is installed and press “Y”
  7. Select to Clear the Cache
Once the game restarts, you will be prompted to download the compatibility packs again when entering GTA Online. Download all packs, and then back out of the Xbox Store. You will be returned to GTA V Story Mode. From there, you can rejoin GTA Online and should no longer have an issue.

I did this last night Ima try again tho

Same thing happens I can download all of them besides "Capture Update" and "Compatibility #2".

 

Says "There are no items available for purchase at this time"

The updates are back online.

 

Edit: Looks like The Business Update is down.
