This game is called "Be Honest Have You Ever" it's pretty simple and straightforward.

 

You answer the question of the person above you then you ask your own question and so on.

 

If the person above you doesn't ask a question then reply to the question above them then add your own or just ask a question so the game doesn't get stalled out.

 

There are only three rules

• No questions regarding GTAForum, The questions MUST be GTAOnline/In Game Related,
• No spam/off topic remarks
• Instead of "Quoting" the post with the question you are answering just answer the question this is to avoid "Quote Trains"

Yes, I use the bulletproof back car technique against low-level players who attack me. I see it as the opportunity for achieving the pistol whipped award. I'm only at 262 kills and still have 238 to go after 9 months of playing so that says enough of how much I do this...
