We have all enjoyed our criminal exploits, but recently I visited a thread on here called. "Would you be friends with your character."

 

And it got me into thinking, what if we gained some missions where we actually do something that is heroic. Or even stopping corrupt cops, fib agents etc.

 

Moral dilemmas and choice are endless possibilities for a strong storyline which online is frankly put non-existent after you meet madrazo.

 

Whether or not it's a cops vs robbers, or a undercover situation there are so many great media/ ideas out there that could be emulated.

 

Graceland on USA is a great example of corruption vs "the greater good" every character has had questionable actions and morally grey areas. But they have broken cartels, human trafficking , corrupt cops and bank robbers. Let's use the human trafficking as a example of how we apply a moral dilemma / hero aspect rescue the victims and gain a new contact a fib agent, who sets you up as a informant giving you a % of what his further busts give.

 

Villain aspect steal the victims and sell too rival cartel more cash, New corrupt fib agent contact.

 

This escalates ones psycho state drastically, which effects what missions are available to be hosted by your character. Still accessible through invites though but affects free roam super goody too shoes gain bounties that psychos can go for and vice versa. (In game text notice that player x knows that player y is a informant)

 

Burn notice again USA it's MacGyver meets the a team. The character Michael Weston is using grey tactics too accomplish his goals while helping people.

 

He uses his knowledge too turn the tables this is the guy that sticks too the grey area of the psycho bar, he stays hidden and turns his enemies against each other. He is the silent assassin that plants disinformation. Stealth, subtlety are his tactics. Implicate innocent evil, implicate corruption good.

 

Why do we even have a stealth stat this is why. Silent kills / take downs are key, sabotage is the name of the game.

 

Lester has connections let's use him. He can be used 1 per 24hours (real time) too reset ones bar too 0 he will delete certain fib files that implicate you as an informant or as a accomplice of anything, problem is you have too break in too a facility (random solo mission that is randomized ala diablo that kills/ corrupts your contact too balance things out.)

 

New antagonists, protagonist additions in online, or use more existing ones , help cover up michaels identity, with a certain reluctant agent.

 

The possibilities are endless, and hopefully will drive a more story line element too gta online other than just the quest for wealth.

I like your idea. I recently made a new character just to mess around.


I made the new character a cop and pretend I work for LSPD. I would chase down the criminal players and try to kill them and tell them to slow down or i would destroy there cars. LOL


It would be cool to have some new DLC content for single player where you could pick to play the story line as an FIB agent and you go after Michael, Trevor, and Franklin.

IMO all ideas from here on out, are welcome additions, unless it's totally ridiculous or game breaking.

 

With the power of the PS4/XB1, and "rolls out red carpet" (PC) the sky is the limit. Good ideas OP.
