Should "Character Creation" be like this for New-Gen & PC?

FACE SCAN! Have YOUR GTA Online charcater actually look like YOU.

 

This feature is going to be in NBA 2K15 and I was high yesterday and this thought randomly popped in my head about having your face getting scanned for your GTA Online character. (I mean, we currently all look like clones in GTA Online at the moment).

This was in Tony Hawks Underground. Not sure what the big deal is about having it in that basketball game.

As an option would be great. I won't be using it since I play as an alter-ego, not myself. But it would be great because that way not everyone would look the same.

Wouldn't be a bad idea, but could it handle something like facial hair. Would look funny with a full beard on a female character. I have a good (albeit fake) human skull in my cabinet & another with eyeballs & a gold tooth... now that could be interesting...! What would stop you scanning a photo of say Arnold Schwar Swart... the Terminator. You could be Bruce Lee, Willis... they call me Bruce. You could scan a horses head for that matter... how would it handle this...?

 

generally like the idea, but would need to see it in practice before committing to say I would definitely do it.

I second that, also someone would use a trademarked or celebrity picture and bam lawsuit. Since rock star, and you didn't gain the licensing rights too said product, Lindsay Lohan is just for a semblance of likeness, imagine if someone scanned her face.

The current GTA Online character creation was god awful in my opinion. Not even this... There could actually be tons of ways to enhance it not just with "FACE SCAN"
