Play the game normally and money/rp will come. You are only rank 13 and new to the game, you are not meant to quickly get a high rank and all the most expensive cars/apartments/pegasus vehicles within a week.

Shouldn't really come here asking how to do glitches either.

Boosting/glitching.

People like you need to stop playing the game and go outside. Take a walk in the park. Do some volunteer work. Something to make you worth the air you breathe.

Don't rush it, enjoy the game. Run missions available to you, they pretty much all pay the same after 1.16. You'll rank up fast.

If you find you can complete some missions really fast, you could focus more on ones that take just over 4 minutes which will get you base payout. But the fractional payout for fast 2/3 minute missions is fairly proportional to time - except in the high end, 8+ minutes - by then it's better if you can get the job done, rinse and repeat for payout.

I can't remember the level reqs, but all the lower Simeon and Gerald jobs are pretty decent and come in around $10k, varying RP, same as higher level jobs. Pier Pressure and Gassed Up come to mind as simple low level jobs that pay well (post 1.16). THey really aren't many once you play for a few hours, and you'll learn which you like. I play most of them, only avoiding some high level ones that take a ridiculous amount of time flying and driving everywhere.

All missions give a large amount of money, just wait ten minutes to complete them.

Take every random mission invite you get, wait to see what the host does in the mission. Message them and tell them something like this: I never did this mission before, is it okay if I follow your lead? Some people are intent on waiting at least five minutes to finish the mission, because it usually guarantees at least $10,000.

RP should be no problem for you at this point. You can do 4 minute races until you reach rank 15. Then you can join Boneyard Survivals which will earn you lots of RP and money.

Focus on doing survivial missions and taking missions directly from Lester, Gerald, etc.

Its better to focus on saving your money, developing your skills and finding out what items you need the most. Having good skills makes you money. Items you might want is the best shotgun, a garage, etc.

Enjoy your level now! You can't go backwards to an earlier level.. For example, killing a level 150 player when you are at level 15 is interesting and fun. But you can only do it at level 15.

At a lower level, it is also acceptable to make silly mistakes. So enjoy the lower, early stage of the online game.

When I started a new character I focused on Boneyard, saving money and being a good team player. In survival missions, such as Boneyard, I focused on getting and saving guns to take down Helicopters.
