Weapon/Character wheel on the keyboard?

I honestly think they're gonna use the TAB key for character switching and as for the weapon wheel, you haven't played Max Payne 3 yet? I am sure it's gonna be the same for GTA 5 on PC.

Probably like this. You press a button, you choose weapon class with mouse and cycle through them with mouse wheel.
