I have no idea how you can possibly say they sound like cap guns. They sound incredible with even halfway decent speakers whereas IV's sound like computerized garbage. I can understand disagreements over the driving physics but this... this one just blows my mind. Am I being trolled? Just tell me. UAL Posted December 15, 2014 Share Posted December 15, 2014 (edited) The guns in GTA V sound like cap guns IMO. At least in GTA IV they all sounded unique. I was surprised playing GTA V using the combat and sawned off shotguns in succession they both had the same sound. GTA IV's AK47 is perhaps my favourite weapon in the series because it sounds thunderous and intimidating especially in doors. A stark contrast to the weak, toy like sound of GTA V's. The reload animations in GTA V are a lot better, but the sounds leave a lot to be desired for. This is my main gripe with gun sounds in V, they just all sound too similar. Theres at least 3 hand guns that sound the same, same thing with assault rifles. And the micro smg in IV is like a 10000 times better than the one in V, from how it sounds to the stance that you shoot it with. Why can't you accept not everyone holds the same view as you do? No one in favour of GTA IV has accused you of being ridiculous or having sh*tty speakers. It would be nice if you gave the same respect back. Personally I prefer this.. Are they realistic?
