You must use the newest modloader otherwise bugs will happen.

I had tried v.0.2.2 before (I'm using v.0.1.15) but the game freezed (or then crashed) when load about 2/3 of white bar.

You seem to be breaching the collision files limit, or invalid collision for a model or I don't know, try using OpenLA.

Salu2 - Darkness Knight

I believe you can install either or both*, fixed dffs fixes cosmetic stuff like stretched textures while fixed maps fixes things like model placement. I've been using the dffs on their own and it's been all good

I know I've promissed to port my fixes for the PS2 to the PC map, but I'm not feeling productive lately, and I lost interest in modding SA.

 

Anyway, I been thinking about something. You guys could compare the PC ipl's to mine modded IPL's and do the changes yourselves. Just look for the modded lines, not the added or deleted ones. Or add back the PC lines to mine IPL's, I don't know, I'm just saying mine files are free to anyone who wants to edit tem. You just need a basic knowing about item placement, a binary IPL tool and LOTS of patience.

Wouldn't this involve only copy-pasting stuff from your IPLs to PC IPLs? Only problem I see that there is no way batch convert Binary IPLs to text and vice-versa all at once which is sh*tty.

Would somebody mind adding prelight to the "CJ_PROC_RUBBISH" models please? They may look okay when in a well-lit interior but it sucks if you look at them at nighttime:

Thats because they are interior objects :p Not meant for the outside. Hence the reason they are bright.

If you 'fix' the pre-light, then they'll be dark(er) in the interiors, and look off.

Aw, so it'll look bad either way? That sucks.

So, is everything not prelighted in interiors deliberately to give the illusion of light then?

I would suggest that if you really wanted to use these objects outside of interiors, would be to create another instance of these objects (rename the model etc, and define them in the IDE), and then fix the pre-light.

This way, they won't be affecting the interior instances of these objects.

Hey, I was at the Greenglass College and I noticed a floating bin:

Well, one would hope that both parties are collaborating behind closed doors, and sharing fixes .. even if its just simple IPL lines from R*'s f*cken up placement.

I hope that is the case as well. I'd prefer one really well made project, rather than two shoddily made ones.

Here is the pic of the burglary house. There is a small hole you can fall in if you walk between the two rooms.

The white water is caused by a timecyc.dat feature called "Sky Fog" just turn it to 0 in all weathers (using the in-game timecyc editor ofc), and you're good to go :^:.
