For a grand tour what you need is a front engine rear wheel drive which is why I'd go for Carbonizzare (ferrari california).

It has a nice engine noise and it a metal folding roof (robo roof) which changes my gameplay experience alittle.

Toured eleven countries IRL in a Mazda 6 estate, so probably a Stratum in game? We need more estates. Like a nice RS4 or 5 Series, or C class.
