This would be my 1st choice, the mighty turbo Surfer.

It's always my "go-to" vehicle for scenic driving.

(And robbing stores, bounties, missions, armored trucks, etc... It gets around a lot)

 

These would also be fun.

The Regina is a good cruiser, and the Duster is the Duster (no explanation needed)

Whatever car has the most comfortable interior because road trips are usually long and everyone who has traveled via car or van irl knows that makes a HUGE difference in the overall trip but many in game cars have this.

 

If its solo then probably the one of my convertibles(too many to choose from), however if it is with others then either the shafter or buffalo because both are very roomy.
