CONCEPT: Variable Player Sports Lobbies

So we have bad sports lobbies but what if R* makes lobbies that match up players based on an algorithm that determines the "sport" of the player based on Kills to Deaths to amount of players encountered.

 

So there isn't only a black or white region but areas that are between.

 

This is also constantly changing, so the number of player in the game won't have an effect, the less players online would lead to less variation of players.

 

So peaceful players get matched up with other peaceful and vice versa.

 

Would this work?

Im gonna put on my tin foil hat and say it wouldn't surprise me if a similar system isnt already in place. The reason I say this is because Im a pretty peaceful player (im one of those dudes that gets shot and just goes "meh" and starts a race or something instead of getting involved in a free roam war) and I very, very rarely get put in lobbies with aggressive players. Ive got a few friends whose experience is similar. On the other hands ive got mates that try and kill everything that comes near them and they seem to be always placed in warzone lobbies. This is just a personal observation and probably has no basis at all.

 

Actually now I think about it when the mental state thing came in didnt it say something about putting you in lobbies with similarly aggressive players? It said something like "in the off chance you get placed with an aggressive player at least the blip will be red so you will have fair warning". Who knows if it actually works though with the game, might take a few more patches till they get it right.

I like your avatar's foil hat better. It looks like its that fancy colored aluminium paper you use to wrap Christmas presents and sh*t.

Interesting, I didn't know about the mental state thing.

 

I guess it must be working better because I'm running into less war-zones than before when the game came out.
