Channel X is pretty awful.

 

Soulwax is a missed opportunity. If you're going to have an electro dance station then make it a late 90s/early 2000s Ibiza dance/trance style not whatever weird tuneless stuff is on there. Also I've spent countless hours on GTA5 and I have no idea whatsoever who the Soulwax DJ is or what he/she sounds like. That's got to be a fail.

The only songs on channel x I like are the ones from the Tony hawk games. Amoeba, lexicon devil and Los Angeles. The rest are bad whilst a few are only good during a police chase or race.

This song made me give FlyLo FM a chance. It's now one of my favorite stations.

 

Radio Mirror Park, Channel X, Soulwax FM (thanks to day one online loading screens constantly playing it,) Vinewood Boulevard Radio, and WCTR are entirely irrelevant to me. I listen to all the others atleast a little.

As for what I always change it from, CHANNEL X. The only redeemable song in there for me is Amoeba, and thats solely because of the memories I have of that song in Tony Hawk's Pro Skater.

 

There are other channels I don't listen to ever, but none that I think, "must change AWAY from"

 

Usually my thought process is, "Let me change it TO Nonstop Pop, Radio Mirror Park, etc etc"

 

But Channel X is my sole, "Get away from this station" set of tracks

Lots of crap in there, but Hall & Oates are pretty good! Still, unless it's that song, I always change stations. Pisses me off when randoms mess with the radio in my cars. One time I was listening to Chicago and this dude kept changing it to that god-awful Radio Los Santos "rap". He changed it no less than 10 times (seriously) before he got the point.

I don't understand why they didn't include ANY Daft Punk, one of the best electro dance stations! They really f*cked up on that.

Yeah, I have a new rule now that if a random changes the station at least twice, he gets kicked out of the car. If it's The Alan Parsons Project playing and he keeps changing it, he gets kicked out and run over.
