Quick Question....Need Help

I had all the GTA 5 Updates but my Musket went missing. I read that you can delete your Updates and Dlc and do a system cache clear and then just reboot your Xbox 360 and download the updates again......I did this, But now the Valentine Day and Independence Day Dlc is missing from the GTA Store and when I try to go online it says I missing the Dlc.

 

Im currently level 94 almost level 95, I tried rockstar support and that's method they gave me. I contacted them what happened, But they have yet to reply. Can anyone or did anyone ever have this problem, If so... How did you resolve the issue. Thanks

well i have a ps3 but when i delete the updates and then restart my console and then start the game it says it found the update and proceeds to download and install it and then it works, are you clearing game cache as well? hold R1 and L1 equivalent when you start the game and keep holding till you see the set brightness screen. if that dont work im not sure, maybe xbox problem and some xbox person might know more.
