Does anyone else's Interaction Menu not work while in a 9F Cabrio?

I got my 9F Cabrio out and fully modified it and after I exited the LSC I noticed that whenever I try to bring up the Interaction Menu it won't work. I got out of the car and tried and even tried it in another car and it works fine. Anyone else with the 9F Cabrio have this problem? Also, I have the PS3 version, so I don't know if the same thing would happen in the XBOX 360 version. I know it's not that big of an issue, but I was wondering if it's just me.

ive noticed it not working in some cars but i think its more session related than car related, happens when a cheating modder is in my sessions, not sure what htey do to affect that,but it works in teh same car if i restart and get to a modder free session.
