Could An Infection Spread Over A Job?

i just wanted to know because i haven't been doing any jobs lately afraid that an infection would be passed on to me thru a job and i know that an Infection can be spread over a normal online match but i didn't know if i could spread over a Job so if anyone knows the answer it would be greatly appreciated.

unsure, but the fix is simple if you have a ps3, restart your console and hold l1 and r1 while starting the game and keep holding it until you see the screen that says brightness. Pretty sure the xbox is the same but the ps3 clears system cache automatically when you restart, the l1 r1 does the game cache, and it should be the same for the game in xbox with equivalent buttons, top 2 triggers on front of controller. but i dont know if xbox does system cache automatically or you have to do it manually, and if so i dont know how, if you u have an an xbox google "how do i clear xbox system cache" and start reading, its not hard and the infection is nothing to be scared of, it cant do any real harm, it just slows you down and causes unwanted objects to spawn in unwanted places and is highly annoying.

i do have things to worry about some infections permanently gets rid of one of your cars. if you do not know that u have the infection and clearing your cache doesn't get you your car back
