How to remove this trees?

While some people can't stop whining because there's not enough trees in V, you want to remove some in San Andreas !

Try map editor ;-)

stream ini extender can disable those as I know. You need to disable grass with that and that function will disable these dynamic created vegetation things. (because grass and these trees are generated with the same mechanism)

edit procobj.dat

there are allocations for surface types(collisions material of landscapes) to vegetaion objects by special method

notepad.exe, called text editor is a simple text editor for Microsoft Windows and a basic text-editing program that you can use to create documents. It has been included in all versions of Microsoft Windows since Windows 1.0 in 1985.
it's the first tool to modify gta, e.g. to modify handling files

make first a backup copy of GTA SA\data\procobj.dat

then open GTA SA\data\procobj.dat with notepad.exe
then you'll get this:
