You should instead use imgfactory which can be found here http://gtaforums.com/topic/792411-rel-img-factory-10/ using it fixed the crash problem for me

Will The drug dealing be re-added, it was in the beta but cut because rockstart said it would be strange for a gang to seel drugs when against them and in the original mission doberman pulaski says about the weed you collect "consider it an opportunity we threw your way"?

Now loads and then crashes.

Install clean game without mods, then modloader, and then BETA mod using modloader.

Also you can barely see the beta police officer(the one with bald head).

also you can see that even the cops rest their arm on their vehicles' window, just like the other NPCs do. in the final version i don't think i've ever seen a cop do that.

It's interesting. Cops were able to speak with other peds. Just like in VC. Maybe cops' sound files still remain in game archive? In addition, they could look at signboards as usual peds. Can it be realise?

Honestly to me it doesn't look like Alcatraz or Treasure island, the fact that on the old RT map it's all green and there are some tiny islands around it suggests that it's a simple natural reservation, just like Angel Island State Park for example. So I will start with greenery first and then decide what should be next.

Your theory may turn the most correct. After all these years of rumors about Alcatraz and sh't, this may turm out to be just an empty island.
