Out of curiousity I have checked this out and not only saw that,there's something that was pointing out on my eye,and this what it is : Strangely enough,seems like they have intended to place that pylon there... I saw somewhere screen from beta, with quads on this beach party. I also think those partys were spawning beside "Live's a Beach" mission.
