I asked Kalvin if I should clean it and he said no. But I do think this has gone on long enough, so anymore spam posts after this will be removed.

 

Also it's Sunday and a mid-term, no such thing as school right now. :p

Nah, it's not. I got a fresh SCM and rewrote all the changes I made from BETA 1 - BETA 2 (as shown by M above), which means no more broken dancing (- no more crashing on "Life's a Beach") and other stuff.

 

I also didn't smooth ped models because if I came back to them later, I'd have to smooth them all over again (because KAMs unwelds some vertices upon importing), also that when I weld some places like the arms, it some times bugs up and the arms get a bit stretchy and stuff when they walk, but I'll try and smooth them later.

 

As for now, here's a fix (GTAGarage download is also updated):

Anyway can anyone gave me a save that have passed OG Loc First mission ( using the scm in the v2.0 ofc. ) ? it keeps crashing for me :(

Here, played up to it for you (didn't finish Life's A Beach though, that's for you to complete :p, but I tested and it doesn't crash any more or anything like that):

Just change the number between 1-8 if you want it in a different slot. :^:

 

Also, included in both the fix and the updated GTAG download, I made a little progress, which was just replacing the fences next to the Basketball Court near Ganton with static ones (and moved around some vegetation), instead of ones you can break and stuff, like in the BETA screenshot below:

Ah, sweet! I love seeing people make the BETA map. The street to the left of that picture was fairly different too if you look at the picture with the BETA Slamvan on it. :)

The street CJ is on looks very low-res. Are they running low graphics settings, is the street like that on the PS2, or was that how it was in the Beta?

The roads on PS2 are fairly low quality and plain in comparison to the PC ones, so it's because the street is like that on PS2 :p

Open Limit Adjuster doesn't work for me, I keep getting a prompt upon opening gta_sa.exe saying "Can't detect game version contact mod author" I'm using silent ASI loader. The game still works as I haven't installed the Mulholland Safehouse (I'm trying to fix this issue first) I have legit copy no crack, it's the 1.0 version I assume as I can load mods after installation with no modification (and there's the lack of 1920x1080 option) Any help would be appreciated as this is the only part of the mod I can't get working.

To this day we make fun of Kalvin on Skype since he simply gave up on it months ago (and kind of got dependent on NGClan for it) but who knows, after publicly saying this he might change his mind like he always does. Right?

Dealers could drive cars, and they didn't have those black caps:

BTW. I saw somewhere screen from beta, with quads on this beach party. I also think those partys were spawning beside "Live's a Beach" mission.

Yup, you're correct. Two Quadbikes are shown in the pre-release footage:

Yup, you're correct. Two Quadbikes are shown in the pre-release footage:

It could be the filter but I think these quad bikes look fairly cartoony. Doesn't look like they have any dirt textures mapped on them.

Glensh*t is using beta rims of many cars such as Savanna, Broadway, etc. You can see them in BradyGames Strategy Guide. Here's screen of Glensh*t rims:

There's a clearer image from the BETA of the rear of the Quadbike and it looks like there's no dirt on it from the angle so you may be correct:

There's a clearer image from the BETA of the rear of the Quadbike and it looks like there's no dirt on it from the angle so you may be correct:

Oh yeah, good find. Looks like the yellow/green that's used on the Stratum and the blue used on the Jester, but I could be wrong.

 

Also, at 5:10 in

, you can hear the Vice City timer countdown audio being played. Probably a placeholder, but just wanted to point that out.
