My ideas for Tuner/Street Racing DLC would be:

Cars:

-Elegy(Nissan Skyline from GTA SA)

-Alpha Classic(Mitsubishi GTO from GTA SA)

-Jester Classic(Toyota Supra from GTA SA)

-Flash(Honda Civic/Nissan Pulsar From GTA SA)

-Sultan RS(from GTA 4)

-Uranus(either from GTA SA or GTA 4,or maybe both)

-Euros(Nissan 300ZX from GTA SA)

-Club(VW Golf from GTA SA,maybe a more recent model)

-Hakumai(from GTA 4)

-1998 Mazda MX5

-1995 Mitsubishi Eclipse

-2003 Mitsubishi Lancer Evo

-1992 Subaru Impreza

-1994 Hyundai Accent

-1999 Honda S2000

Features:

-All added cars,as well as Elegy RH8,Penumbra,Prairie,Futo,Blista Compact,Blista,Sultan and Warrener would be added to a new class Tuners from their current classes(sports,sedans,compacts...)

-Nitro

-Vinyl decals(racing stripes,flames,lightnings,tribals,various pictures,logos of fictional GTA companies...)

-More customizations for cars(more variety of bumpers,spoilers,hoods,wheels...),especially for tuners and maybe some other often customized cars like classic muscle cars and lowriders
