Not really. They may have made the PC version first, and then the most stable build was chosen to be re-coded for last-gen consoles.

I think it's too soon to judge the PC version of GTA 5. Let's wait for the official System Requirements. That will decide the level of optimization Rockstar put into the PC version.

Sorry but I disagree. First version was either PS3 or 360. PC came a bit later, but that doesn't mean they used some assets from it. You can check the build logs for this.

How comes they care about PC when they released the game on PS3, Xbox360 - 2013 PS4, Xbox1 - 2014 and, the last one, PC-2015 (Jan 27 if we are lucky..) Is not like they give you the game for free on PC...

They just want to make more money (which is understandable for a company) but they don't care about PC.

Seconds, they didn't introduced Content Creator for a naught, also, they showcased mods for GTA4.

I deduce, that there will be at least showcases for PC mods.

Now, if they didn't cared for PC (at all), they would release the dates for consoles and a vague "in 2014" for PC (if even anything), which would piss off us PC players even more.

 

I'm sure there will be some surprises in their sleeves, but whether pleasant or less, only time will show.

Um no I pretty much fell for the friend pressure they told me how great it was and gta v was not even known to be for pc back then but I gave in and pre ordered had I had an second opinion odds are I would not have pre ordered it MR Smart man.But I clearly see you don't have the friend pressure problem because you have none

to evolve and create better games, I know they already have earned five times more than

it cost to produce GTA V, but they have already started to work on GTA VI and it probably

the main idea of these agreements is actually work in our favor, it gives rockstar greater

sums of money to develop the next gta.
