Actually the online anniversary is oct 1

I know the game came out today last year but online didn't come out till oct 1....

 

So maybe we will get a anniversary/Halloween update.

 

Online and main game are two different things.

 

That's my hunch about this.

My expectations that I would assume so I wouldn't get too hype about the anniversary:

 

Late September/Early October Some random DLC containing clothes, new vehicles, and few weapons or maybe Casino Update

October Halloween Update

November Heists Update due to the PS4/XBone release

December Christmas Update

Well those shirts were for the radio update, the date for that is unknown but an anniversary sounds about right. 1.17 is a big update so new sound files is very possible.
