Best Unmarked Police Car?

Usually when I play GTA Online I like to RP as Police. Sometimes there aren't any Police cars that spawn in, so what would be the best/realistic unmarked police car for me to buy?

Cant think of the name but it looks like a Ford Taurus or get the Buffalo (Charger) or you can get the grainger and just black them all out, or all white.

Vapid Stanier, there is a user here which I can't remember it's name that have a pretty nice FIB looking Stanier.

Go for the Bravado Buffalo. Though the 'S' would be the coolest, stay with the original one.

Wow after all this time I never knew the Washington and the Stanier were two separate vehicles thanks for the info folks. Now yes I agree the Stanier is closer than the Washington.

also happened to me with the Schwartzer and Schafter 6 months into the game lol

I was thinking about the Bravado, which car would be the most realistic to be patrolling the streets of Los Santos?

Stanier. Only catch is you can't add the front bars to it. Yet, on the panto you can. So having said that, you can join me as the panto police and have a tiny cruiser with the police bar on the front bumper. Just come up with a good white/black combo with it's two tone body and boom. You can even go a bit further and add a cop emblem by making a cop crew yourself.

And by join me, I mean use that idea. It's hilarious. Give it the cop horn and boom. Bite sized cop car

If I use a Stanier won't it be too slow and are Bravados used more for outer-city pursuits?

Slow, no. Slow-er than an entity and or mid to high end sport or super car, yes. But let's be honest, there are tons of people who live and die by their super cars and such, so you gotta look at it differently. It's not about being able to keep up with them because they are in a super car. It's about trying to look like a damn cop. Lol

Too bad those belong to the Dubai Police Dept.

Even so I doubt they are often used.

I also remember the Italian emergency medical staff and police having super cars to transport and escort organs

Yes, but the Dubai Police super cars have "Police" written all-over them. He wants a car that gives off a "police" look, when the real ones are available.

Vapid Stanier (Frost White and Midnight Blue are good choices for marked units, Black and most greys for unmarked units)

Bravado Buffalo (Frost White or perhaps Midnight Blue if you're going for a marked unit, black if unmarked)

Declasse Granger (Black or a dark gray)

Declasse Rancher XL (the top half Frost White and the bottom half Black, if you want to make a Police Rancher lookalike from GTA: San Andreas)

Albany Washington (Black, gray or maybe Frost White if you're trying to make it look like a more modern Ford Crown Victoria)

Western Sovereign, if you bought one before the Independence Day Special ended (respray it through this method; I'd recommend Black, as white and other light colors don't really show up)

For the fun of it, you could always try a Pegassi Vacca in white with a police crew emblem. I'm not sure how it'd look, but it could come out pretty sick. Hope this helps you out somewhat. :)

I'd go for the stanier or preferably the Buffalo Mk1 with glitched front bumpers so it looks identical to the FIB Buffalo.

I did this to mine, didnt go for an undercover look though.

I had a Stanier in graphite (blacks, grays, silver look about right) with tinted windows and Cop horn, seemed to be as close as you can get. I love the unmarked cruiser in SP - you can actually stop NPCs, of course they drive off once you get out. In MP with the Stanier, the NPCs cooperate a little bit with stops if you pull in front... and want them all to be criminals who try to run.

Thankyou for all the input, I think I will build up a garage of unmarked police vehicles. I'm going to go with the Stanier for my first choice.

What colour is the car and what wheels are those?

I'm assuming the graphite Vapid Stanier Zake was referring to is the one in that picture, so probably Graphite. The wheels are Classic Rod (under both Muscle and Lowrider).

Edit: In response to the question above: Can't store them sadly. They have the lights and everything, though. Both are simply named "FIB" in-game.

I choose Graphite and it looks a lot darker.

Choose whatever looks best to you. In SP I set Michael, Trevor, and Franklin each with the actual unmarked cruiser and I used, graphite, silver, and dark steel.
