So , I've bought GTA IV ( 1 Years Ago ) , So , This month , I've lost my card , and I don't Know What Can I do ,because I don't Know What is its Problem , So When I Launch The Game , an Error Appear " GTA IV Need a Sound Card " , So I Have a Laptop , That is Why I Can't Change The Sound Card Any Help ? I'm building me a computer so I can play GTA IV and other games too, and I can reassure you that you don't need a sound card. Integrated audio is acceptable for any PC game. The GPU (Graphics Processing Unit) or "graphics card" is the thing that matters when gaming. Oh, and also, a laptop isn't really a good place to start when gaming. Young man, you need to don your anti static wrist band and build something that can game.
