marmoo Posted September 24, 2014 Share Posted September 24, 2014 (edited) As you have now posted your system specs and we are a very forgiving bunch lets see what we can do That system can run GTA IV but it is a laptop which can cause problems and it is running on an intergrated graphics chip (Intel HD4000 if i am not mistaken) - If it has a seperate graphics card, let us know That graphics chip can run this game but it can vary from machine to machine and so is difficult sometimes to fix The Mod is the most likely cause of the problem as Grish advised. I can tell from your earlier posts that you have reinstalled the game and i am assuming that you got rid of the mod but did you also delete your game settings as they can linger about on your PC even after uninstall I think they are located here Documents and settings\User Name\Local Settings\Application data\Rockstar Games\GTA IV\Settings Also, which version of windows are you using and is it a steam download or disc you have? Have you tried launching game in compatibility mode and as someone suggested earlier, launch as administrator?
