I dropped out a couple of weeks ago and started playing other games, because I was bored with gta online. I check this forum every now and then to see if anything new has been added. As someone else points out, there just isnt enough content. The "missions" aren't very deep, you dont get as emerged in them as you should and the game lacks the same, over all. It is fun for messing around, but as an online game to immerse yourself in its a limited audience. There are only so many outfits or "fun" things to do :4 wheel mountains, boat stuff, parachuting from strange places, start wars, etc....etc.....etc.....once you have done things a couple times, those things are boring. As a shooter, I guess it hits the mark pretty close. As a racer, its a joke. It falls short of not only what was expected, but what should have been outstanding. R* got a big head seeing receipts and the game suffers because of it. When a game is more about how much money it can make, than what it can truly be, the game falls short. You would think R* would have seen what EA was doing and go a different route, sadly they did not. I would hope that the game sales suffer when they "upgrade", but again gamers are gamers and are more than happy to throw money at a beta. Which is what we all did as well. I haven't played GTA:O since a couple of days after Flight School came out. Not cause I am playing Destiny. I just got bored of it and went to play some classics via emulation. The Independance bike was good if you could work out how to respray (I could not) and the Bestra jet is kind of neat... otherwise there wasn't a lot to them. I haven't bought any of the new things so essentially, for me, there hasn't been an update since the Hipster update in May/June. I still play occasionally to keep my eye in and build up some funds, but most of my gaming energy has moved towards Watchdogs and retro gaming. A lot of people are playing Destiny right now which I won't get until I get my Xbox One but it looks like a hoot so I understand people playing it. Personally I'm looking forward to the new music updates. I have been lucky enough to get into lobbies with like minded chaos starters and , of course, the pussies who bitch and moan about the chaos.. It's been great...
