No matter how much I respect funmw2, I've always suspected nillxmodz of modding the objects into the map. However, as others have pointed out, Rockstar could just be reusing assets.

 

I think the way to really put that debate to rest is to check whether these buzzers currently exist online in all versions. That would confirm nillxmodz as legit source and the possibility on these being new houses.

 

Can someone confirm these exist at these locations with photo evidence?

I think we kinda came to the conclusion already that Nillxmodz probably just modded the objects in their places. He could be for real though, but I don't think he has any proof that suggests otherwise.
