The earth is a circle. One day is one rotation. You can't rotate anymore or any less than anyone else at any given point. People on day side are no more than 12 hours ahead of nite side people and vice versa.

omfg I hope your a kid and not an adult lol. Im in New Zealand next to the international dateline and to the west of it. So New Zealand is the start of the day or is the most ahead. Rarotonga is a tropical Island next to the international dateline as well but on the east side of it. Rarotonga is 23 hours behind NZ. I think from memory LA is about 20 hours behind NZ. So think about it as there are 24 hours in a day and the earth makes one rotation in 24hours. Therefore the world is split up time wise into 24 hour slices. I think New Zealand is rather unique due to its postion next to the dateline. Its great though as I get to play gta on the 18th my time which is the 17th of nov for most others!!!

No sh*t. Obviously the heists are confirmed. Thats the same old sh*t C* have been telling us since the launch of GTA:O.
