The earth is a circle. One day is one rotation. You can't rotate anymore or any less than anyone else at any given point. People on day side are no more than 12 hours ahead of nite side people and vice versa.

It would be one thing if you were just wrong...but you're calling the guy who is right (and proved it with the timezone map) ignorant. When really that is you. Let me break the map down for you:

 

All the way to the west (that's left) is GMT (Greenwich Mean Time) MINUS eleven hours and all the way east (that's to the right) is PLUS twelve hours from Greenwich...so in terms of absolute, there is a 23 hour time difference, or 11+12. That line thingy that runs through the pacific is called the International Date Line, on one side of it is one day, on the other side is the next day. ALWAYS.

 

Really there is a 24 hour time difference at the Date Line, not 23 but this map only extends to 11 on the west.

A R* rep confirmed to gamereactor that heists would be released "shortly" after the remastered release.

 

Aside from that, I seriously doubt we'll see anything new until at least the 18th. While funmw2's finds are legit, that doesn't mean R* won't sit on it until later.

So, what do you guys think will be here first? Heists or Military DLC?

 

Now imagine... The next DLC comes out on the 11th as a surprise.... And it gave us two new bicycles (Not motorbikes!) and a minivan! SOCCERMOM DLC!

 

And then Rockstar's HQ got burned down by angry GTA players.

 

 

 

 

AND THEN, AS I TYPE THIS...

The place on the exact other side of the sphere would be +12 hours. And add to that, the timezone that's almost fully around the world from the UTC -10 timezone, is 22 hours ahead lol

Yeah, pretty much. They could of at least shown some new wildlife or one of the new vehicles. Maybe even the rail gun would of made it better

Is it just me, or did that revving muscle car (the Manana) in the start sound very different? Now, that's probably just editing, just added a different sound, but... Who knows, maybe some sounds will have changed, such as a much more... Throat-ier sound for some of the muscle cars? That'd be awesome...!

I went through frame by frame. I'm pretty sure it's a stallion.

 

Edit: went through for the 4th time. I'm 100% that's a Stallion.

 

It kind of looks like it in the front but it is way too long to be a Stallion and the rear has no roundness too it, maybe a new classic, maybe Savanna?

It's a cinematic commercial for TV. It's possible that R* will still give us some GTA Online footage before release.
