Mod tool or not, it doesn't really give us news info about 1.18.

 

I think it's not possible for modders to activate VTOL because it's not really in the game yet.

I can't believe Rockstar spend that time doing that new character selection screen, instead of doing for some more important parts.

 

That screen probably took one guy about an hour and a half...odds are it didn't slow heist creation (and we don't even know if that IS a character selection screen to begin with).

Correct me if I'm wrong, but I have heard this is the new character creation screen. Remember how when we made our characters in GTA Online for PS3/360? Followed by arriving at an airport? Maybe if we transfer our characters, we'd have our character in jail, holding that sign thingy, after we modify our character, we get released from prison. (It'd make more sense if it only applies to characters transferred from the PS3/360, maybe they're in jail because of all the sh*t they did lol, just a crazy thought.)

I speculate this thread to speculate more and more leading up to veterans day concerning mparmy. You crazy optimists think there will be an update before the new release of gta v. Keep dreaming. That would delay some people from purchasing their new copy, decreasing sales. Now all the new shiny toys and features on the new release will boosts the sales. In short don't count on any update for ps3/360 anytime soon.

The jet in the back is hovering, it's a normal lazer but the modder told me he was hovering it. It was just staying in the air going front and back maybe it's a new modding tool idk.

I really think it's just a matter of Rockstar still controlling their info and telling these writers what they can or cannot divulge, combined with the fact that these writers seemed only to have access to job modes (races, deathmatches, etc.) Notice that no one wrote a thing about free mode at all.

He got new pictures of the upcoming DLC which is probably heists .

This preview has originated from the old-High end apartment that was available when Grand Theft Auto Online first launched."

"This preview isn't as thrilling as the one above, but does show some dynamic changes. Firstly, their are two speakers next to the TV, which links to the Hi-Fi system shown on the bottom right - I don't want to cause a definite 'Yes' game, but I believe from source code that this is a feature allowing you to select music from the XMB and apply the track to the music in your apartment. I can also see a laptop on the glass table, this shows the Lifeinvader page, I don't believe this has any special attraction un-like the others.
