• Drive north past Devin Westin's place and the first corner has a very steep bank that has a wood fence for a rail. There's one or two other locations like this on the same road but I think this one is the best for its size and height. Follow cars and push them off the side hahaha one of the best places to push traffic off the highway

 

• Plan your own armored car heists...
• Last night I made a rally Ocelot Jackal and even dressed up T in moto-x gear and sunglasses. And I would go out to Paleto, come flying down the Chiliad wilderness trails that lead right to the police station, come flying off the dirt path into the highway instersection where the armored car is, smoke the guards and take the loot, and go roaring back into the dirt path and trees and escape up into Chiliad
• Another one is for the spawn near the chemical factory, there's a bit of a nice slope to the north side of that road so I like to get a big Granger or something heavy... Duneloader, even a stolen SWAT van or a dump truck, tow truck, etc... and back it up the hill a bit. Come flying down and you can smoke the van pretty decent. The van is pretty heavy so it don't always work good but I've got them to crash down the slope or into some trees before, enough that they get out of the van and start firing at you.
• Dress M and T up in GruppeSechs Securicar uniforms and it makes it even better haha ! or better yet, steal a GruppeSechs van and use it to steal from other GruppeSechs vans!
• Another one always parks at a gas station kinda around South LS mayne around Rancho or Davis I actually forget... everyone would recognize it though. Anyhow for that one I like to use a semi-truck with a gas tanker trailer. I mean it's a gas station right so why not plow into the armored car with a gas tanker lol then when you get out, shoot the tanker haha big fireworks for just a few thousands dollars lol

 

• Steal a cop car and dress up M and T as cops but Franklin as normal... I didn't do this on purpose but I just realized I was driving around with 2 old white cops and a black kid in the back lol maybe a good cover to begin a Ballas raid haha

 

• start a Vagos gang in the projects in south corner of Ranchos all white apartments right where the bridges go south to Elysian port island and East LS Cypress Flats... soooo many Vagos spawn there and plus it has far more entry points for cops so I think it's much better than Ballas on Grove Street to get a huge 20+ shootout going between M, F, T versus gang members versus police I've had some amazing shootouts there, lots of nearby apartment yards to run though and make cool on-foot escapes, too... plus a close subway tunnel if things get out of hand

You can drive around with a low lying car like a zentorno, with lowered suspension, or turismo, and crash into the luxor and shamal jets, which scoops them launches them into the air, and then have enough momentum to start flying, then they start chasing you its pretty funny

1go on a off road tour in blaincounty with a RAT LOADER man that was fun to do. and suprizingly this thing can go off road very well i just tested it out today.

in the swamps of zancudo the woods and the desert and it even climbed up mt.chilliad without failing much. and it does look good with those white[ their supossed to black not white] jeep tires on one thing. i hate about it though is its suspenion is too bouncy and gets flipped over way too easy.

 

2 see how long you can last in a vigaro on a 3or4 star wanted level.

I spend last night trying to steal a camo semi-truck and oil tanker trailer from Zancudo.... damn is it hard

 

getting out of the base is OK, especially if you fly into the base by the fuel buildings and both spawn there... but soon as you get out of the base and try race along the river to the train tunnel, helicopters start to spawn and they blow up your oil trailer so fast

 

fun challenge if anyone wants a unique escape to try haha

another one is, if you haven't checked in a long time but play the game regularly... check out your Properties ROI

 

I just passed 30 weeks (in-game) since I beat the game...

 

so some of my properties are still less than half way to BEP (break even profit)

 

theatres cost 20m, 30m, and 10m

 

and they've respectively brought in 7.9m, 4.3m, and 3.8m

 

so yeah not even close haha such bad investments for GTA V time scale =(

 

Hen House was $80k and has made $34k

 

Hookies $600k and made just $141k

 

all the other clubs are even worse ROI

 

Golf Club cost $150m and I've made a cool $7.9m haha

 

Scrap yard? $275k and... and I destroy a lot cars and spent 30 in-game weeks free roaming... only made $44k

 

 

 

THE ONLY TWO PROPERTIES that make a profit now are Smoke on the Water (linear) and McKenzie Field

 

SOTW cost $204k and I've already made $279k

 

and McK Field cost $150k and I've made $247k there

 

but that's just because I like smuggling missions

 

so McKenzie field has been by far my best return on investment

 

but for the average player. Smoke on the Water is the only reasonable investment

 

 

 

 

i've played... let's say.... almost 9 /days on this file and probably about half of that since i beat the game and bought properties

 

so 30 in-game weeks, sleeping and saving not too often and never 'cheesing' or using it more than once, maybe rarely twice, in a rare took me about a bit over 100 hours of free roaming

 

and most of the properties have only made back between 7.5-20% of their investment...

 

so, for, the golf club, it would take me another 1400 hours of free roaming at a regular pace and style to just BREAK EVEN on my investment lol

 

most of the clubs another 500-1000 hours

 

and the theatres about another 100-300 hours

 

 

 

 

money is balanced so bad in this game =(

 

 

and half the property missions suck, i really hate that at least 60-70% of the time i log-in they're asking me to ditch my nice car and do a stupid booze run lol

-Go to the garage and take The Liberator.Then attract the attention of the cops and go to the Redwood Lights Track.Now enter the path and make sure that they chase you and start to destroy their cars

-Take Michael and make him like Max Payne(bald and bearded and dress him with a pair of glasses,the hawaian shirt,yellow/brown pants and shoes).Now go to the police station or the Kortz Center and start a shootout with the police
