Men in the tunnel under Chilliad?

I'm convinced that some creepy sh*t is going on in there. I don't know the name of the tunnel, or if it even has one, but I've had a few weird experiences in there.

 

I was driving through there yesterday and out of nowhere a man appears and I have to swerve to avoid him. Then another one appears and I swerve again shortly before passing by a parked van at the side of the tunnel. The men weren't moving at all and the van was empy. I slowed down and a bit later I had to swerve to avoid 3 more men and another van. At first I though it was a gang attack, but there was no red circle and the men weren't holding guns and looked like civilian NPCs

 

As well as that I have gone through the tunnel and there has been a weird metal wall blocking the way, but after I continued to drive I found that I could actually pass through it. I have a picture of this but It'll take me a while to find.

 

Has anyone else experienced either of these two things or anything else in the tunnel under Chilliad?

If the van is a Surfer, it's just random teenagers camping. They are in SP too.

It's not a camper, it's a blacked out van of some kind but not a surfer. And the people aren't teenagers they looked like older men.

 

Edit: I know about the teenagers in SP and MP but never seen them before inside the tunnel anyway?

If that metal wall was anywhere on the road, most likely modders spawned all this.

Possibly, but my only problem with that theory is that this was way back before modders, and also the fact that the object could be passed through. I'm pretty sure modders can only make solid objects but I'm not sure

yeah its a gang attack, had it a few times, they spawn almost out of the circle and you can snipe them one by one.
did you see the crates? its pretty glitchty there

There were no crates, not red circle, no armed NPCs and no actual attack, it must have really bugged out.

wrong. it's bugged as f*ck, but when it spawns right there are crates, at the end of the tunnel on the Alamo Sea side.

If OP wants to defend that it's not a gang attack and that he has a picture, we should all wait until he uploads the picture before replying some more. OP should also upload to prove that it wasn't said gang attack. As of now the verdict is from player's experience with the gang attack that takes place there - no one else has met any civilians or a "blacked out van" (unrelated to The Lost's van).

what's it to you? and it your post still has nothing to do with anything i said. i neither wrote the OP regarding the van, nor have i at any point "acted like this will change the game". looking for drama? at least get your facts right. and regarding the quoted post, i simply informed said poster that his post was, well, redundant, since multiple people have already pointed that out. but yeah, i guess that's "insulting" someone now.
