The M60 from Vice City. More powerful than the Minigun, no restrictions on Walk/Run/Jump, huge force on enemy (knocks them down easily), 100 round ammo belt... It's essentially a more powerful MG, but looks so much better.

The Carbine Rifle from GTA III. I'd probably say it was even more powerful/useful than VC's M60.

 

And of course, the other weapons I'd like to see...

Remote Grenades (GTA:VC) so that I can actually bounce those grenades where I want them to go.

Flamethrower (GTA III version), because sometimes you just want to make some guys the toast of the town. GTA III has my favorite design.

Nailgun (GTA:VC cut content) so I can have some fun with a rapid fire-low damage weapon. Because sometimes it's not about killing an enemy but about puncturing everything they love. (Maybe works on BP tires?)

Cane (GTA:SA) because wearing those top hats and fancy suits requires the appropriate accessory.

They should really consider adding all previous GTA weapons into GTAO instead of giving us unwanted weapons that most players dont even use
