"Ferris Wheel Car"?

So I am sure most of you have seen the randomly spawning Ferris Wheel sometimes in downtown Los Santos, but has anyone seen a car that has a Ferris Wheel clipped through it in the center driving around? The wheel is upright in its correct vertical orientation, but the bottom half of it clips through the road. It isn't tangible as it will clip through players and other objects, and also has the odd effect of not allowing aim assist to lock onto the driver of the so-called "Ferris Wheel Car". I couldn't snap a picture cause the guy killed me and I don't see any other threads about this, so has anyone else ran into this?

I'm actually impressed with the graphic. I can't even do a straight line in MS Paint without it being crooked in the first place.

OT: I've yet to see any of those big rocks that people used to talk about. I guess I get lucky with my sessions - the only interesting thing that happens is when people invite everyone else to their apartment and then wonder what the hell my character is.

Alright so what has happened is a Modder/Hacker has attached the Ferris Wheel prop to a car, that is all.

Dang those things were fun to see and drive when spawned in a IV modders lobby (cars were superfast too iirc)
