Is online not safe anymore?

So I been gone in destiny for a week and decided to check what's new in gta and now it seems online got worse.

 

It's seems looking at r* support that modders are stealing cash and removing weapons and destroying cars even with insurance.

 

Have anyone seen this happen recently?

 

It's looks like this might be the rtm mod.

Haven't run in to modders removing weapons etc maybe that's just a PSN thing?

I'm not too familiar with the various objects that spawn in garages and make cars not useable at times, but I'm pretty sure that weapons and cash come back to normal after you switch to a new session, so you don't have to worry on that end.

Like ryan said, things go back to normal after a session change or console reset.
