Any tools for editing things like misc and mission stats?

I.e missions attempted and missions passed, times saved etc like the tools you can get for Vice City

 

Just as for some reason despite me saving after pretty much every mission and reloading if I fail I seem to have 12 more mission attemps than completed and I was aiming for a perfect save.

 

EDIT : a few other things I am thinking would be good is to stop all bikes throwing you off with any collision even at slow speeds, I know vehicle editors exist but they seem to have to edit each bike and stat one by one.

 

There was another thing I wanted to mod but I cant remember either.

Their are save game editors that allow you to edit pretty much edit every stat there is also gta sa control center and gta sa ultimate editor that can edit game stats.

 

Also the only way i can think of making it so you dont fall the off your bike is by downloading a cleo mod like cheat menu and turning on never fall off bike which doesnt count against time cheated i think.

 

Well that is for gta san andreas at least but all gta games should have a stats editor.

Its impossible to keep mission attempts and missions passed stats ratio equal if you want to complete the game 100%. e.g The chiliad challenges add 3 to the mission attempts stat but all the 3 chiliad challenges only add 1 to mission passed stats because all the 3 chiliad challenges are considered as a single mission passed.
