I think this depends on the griefer.

Are they God Modding it every where?
If so contact some of the Hackers in your own friends list, (who will, and I know this, have better tools than them).
If no one is able to come to your aid, report, kick and leave session if it's not worth staying.

If they are just using superior skills/tactics/vehicles....
Stop being a weak willed flacid penis and kill them, regain the upper hand and show them what a true griefer is like!
