Race heads poll: how many races have you done?

Some interesting statistics we can glean about the frequency of racing among GTAF members based on the sample from this poll:

 

• About half (50%) of GTAF members have done 500 races or less since GTAO came out one year ago, ~1 race/day average
• Three-quarters (75%) of the forum have done less than 1000 races, ~2-3 races/day average.
• Only 10% of GTAF members have done 2000 races or more, ~5-6 races/day average.

For the half of the community that hasn't hit 500 yet, get on your racing game and do more races!

50+75+10=135 tell me how you where thinking

50% of the members have done less than 500 races.

75% of the members have done less than 1000 races, so 25% of the members have done more than 500 races and less than 1000 races.

10% of the members have done more than 2000 races which leaves us to a conclusion that 15% of the members have done more than 1000 races and less than 2000 races.

 

50+25+10+15 = 100

I've done around 800-900. Racing and driving is my favorite thing to do in the game but catch-up ruins it for me, It's not my fault if the guy behind me is so crap that he can't keep up.

Almost 2,000 (1,066W 920L).

 

It was the main reason I enjoyed the game for a long while. I hardly race anymore, but only because racing gives you too much RP and I don't want to level up anymore (or at least as rapidly). I could stay in the early 300s rank-wise for a few weeks by just doing a bit of everything, but I'd be level 400 in a couple of days if I went back to racing all the time!

I have 1676 wins and 1223 losses, so almost up to 3,000 races for me. I would have a lot more but I had a lot of work earlier in the year and I didn't get to play as much for a good 2 months.

 

I've been in some pretty fun crews, my first racing crew was GTA Racing INC, then I joined Apex Stalkers, been with them for a while now and recently just joined GTA Race Crew.

 

I strictly race NON contact pretty much 90% of the time I play. For anyone that's not in a race crew you should join one if you don't want to deal with rammers in public lobbies. There's a ton of them out there if you look, APEX and RACE are two very good crews with a ton of good clean drivers. My active crew right now we play everyday, do a number of playlists and always have full lobbies.

 

My crew that I'm in can usually fill up a full lobby, we occasionally get a few from WHRE, SUAD, NODO, APEX, and RRR but we're chill with everyone so there's never a problem filling up fun lobbies.
