[XBX360] Looking for players/crew for missions

I'll keep this short and sweet;

 

I've been playing GTA Online a lot more recently, and I don't typically play with anyone. I'd be open to doing missions with other players, or even a crew if that's your thing. However, I'm not interested in organized crews with strict schedules. More relaxed crews that act like a group of friends would be a preference.

 

I enjoy equal amounts of doing missions, deathmatches, versus', races, and freemode messing around, so whatever you do I probably enjoy.

 

I don't always have a microphone available to use.
