Do you all still play GTA V?

Traded in my copy along with my 360 for a PS4 a few weeks ago...I think this "break" until November will do me good and (hopefully) build back some hype and excitement.

 

I hope you're right (for you) but as for me, I stopped playing V in April and just started again and the magic still didn't catch me yet like it did the first 4-6 months after game was released. I hope you'll enjoy it again, but considering I waited 5 months to play it again and you're waiting on 2 months, I highly doubt you'll feel much different than the first time around.

 

It was even more tough for me cuz I went back to III, VC, SA, LCS, VCS, IV, TLaD, TBoGT and now V and I am surely scratching my head with this game...

I don't own it anymore. I sold my PS3 and all it's games.

 

I burnt myself out on it to be honest. I'm just taking a break at the moment. Once it comes out on PS4 then I'll be playing through the story again, playing GTAO and just enjoying the game all over again. I'll not be playing it as much but I will be playing the game on PS4 for many years to come. Maybe well beyond GTA VI.

When I don't play Doom II, I play GTAV. When I don't play V, I play Doom. 50/50 for me. When I have problems running GTA:O I either screw around in SP or just slaughter some demons here and there.

When it was new, I used to spend lot of time playing GTA V. When I stopped playing GTA V, life has become a lot - less boring, and much more fresh, interesting.

It's a 100% better feeling for me, now!

Hope that PC version doesn't remind me of those same dreadful times

I haven't played it since last year, I went all the way and got 100% too, but who doesn't right!

 

I always knew R* would release it on PS4 so figured I'd just wait until then to play it.

 

Judging by what I've seen so far in the trailers & screenshots I am going to enjoy playing this and I'll be glad I waited!

i still play it alot and having some fun with the lazer jet and buzzard attack chopper. but im starting to get bored of it and need a break from the game.

i also traded my crapbox in with game(s) to upgrade to a newer gen machine. Buying it for the pc though. Having a break has made me think of things to try and do. As or the excitement, its not the same as waiting for the game initially - obviously but cant wait to see what rockstar has accomplished with visuals and some of that "extra polish".

I still play on a daily basis, either Story Mode or Online.

While playing GTA V / Online, I was also playing Metal Gear Solid Ground Zeros / Need For Speed Rivals.

Also went back to LA Noire just to finish off the Badge Of Pursuit Challenge and find one last Vehicle.

No. I began slowly stopping playing GTA5/Online from about April, for the past 7-8 weeks I've never played GTA5/Online at all. I even let my Xbox Live Gold sub run out recently and didn't bother to renew it which is a shame since the impending arrival of GTA5 was the reason I renewed my sub last year. If I do play on my Xbox now I play other games instead.

I have not played it all for at least 3 months now. I can't be bothered to playthrough that boring story again, and there is not much to do or see outside of the story, so I don't play SP. And I don't play online either, because I'm not really into online gaming in general.

 

So right now, no.

I had been up until a week or 2 ago. I am kind of waiting for the next update, but after R*s shenanigans on Friday, i may just hang up the game for good. I have over 63 days on my lvl 321 character.

I was playing multiple hours per day until 1.16. I don't like the new payment system, I'm also level 320 + 80 on secondary. Since 1.16 I've played about three hours in total. Very dissapointing because I loved this game. I hope they are able to find a system with 1.17 that doesn't polarise the community like this has.

I got my copy of GTA V just recently. Already finished it twice so now I'm just fooling around. It was a very short game; to be honest I had way more fun with GTA 3, VC and SA (especially VC which I played throughout my summer holidays). Those games were freaking addictive.

I still play it,but not as much as before.When I just got the game and later when I just started playing Online,I used to play it almost every day,now I play it maybe every 3-4 days.Maybe I´ll start playing more often again if they release a new DLC soon.

Lately I'm all about Dishonored. Picked up the goty edition and it's f*cking fantastic. Generous dlc too, that adds challenge above and beyond the base game and a whole new storyline to boot.

 

I'm also replaying RDR. Such a great game, even though it's way too easy.

 

But in between that I still play a lot of V. I'm kind of holding out for next gen though and just goofing around halfway down the storyline.

Depends what you mean OP. Single player: Rarely play at all, maybe to replay a mission or two or mod a car that's it. GTA Online: I pretty much play daily at least for half an hour throughout the week. On the weekends I still play quite alot though.

I do. Every few months I enjoy playing through the story again and it usually takes me about a week. Plus, sometimes I like doing the random encounters and such, which are sadly missing from Online.

I picked up my copy on the 17th of September last year and played it fairly regulary, then in mid October I simply stopped playing all together. I haven't touched it since (including my PS3). I guess you can say I was dissapointed with the game.
