Cratoz Posted September 16, 2014 Share Posted September 16, 2014 About 10-11 months. -That has many reasons: I enjoy the game itself and almost finish everything before I end the story as big highlight. - I was doing random stuff that I always liked to do in GTA. Cop chases, just walking on the beach, exploring the environment with all it surroundings. I want to lose myself into such a big open world and that's the best way for me and it really pays out and tells me it was worth the money. If I just rush through the game without enjoying, understanding or exploring it then it's a waste of money in my opinion. - I took a break of the game but found into it again. calvooo 1 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Osho Posted September 16, 2014 Share Posted September 16, 2014 I can't be specific, but I do know, and completely sure, that the game took far less amount of time, and days it took me to complete GTA SA during the release for the first time. I've 100%'d around 3-4 times, and stopped playing it completely, since months now. I'm trying to find someone to be interested in buying the used game, but almost no one has shown any interest. dlow Posted October 13, 2014 Share Posted October 13, 2014 (edited) under my original name 6 days and a little over 2 hours to get the 100% completion trophy counting the final trophy (platinum) i like 5 to have everything the game has to offer I Have to earn 2 more trophies in online play (1)Numero-Uno I need to win a round of golf (2) Decorated i still need two Platinum awards and 2 more from the story mode (1) Solid Gold Baby ..i still need 10 or 12 and (2) Close Shave I still have to compete 7 knife flight stunts and i hate this one........I can fly sideways pretty damn good until i really need to LOL hopefully in the next couple of weeks everything will be earned Edited October 13, 2014 by dlow Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Gdog Posted October 13, 2014 Share Posted October 13, 2014 1st time finished on 19th September (2 days after release) 2nd time finished on 22nd September (5 days after release) 1st time I only played until the final mission. I regretted killing Trevor, wanted more money from the stock market and wanted to do heists differently so just replayed through it again but got 100%. You're never going to feel you're getting your money's worth if you finish it in a day. Or get a girlfriend, or escape the basement, but I'm guessing those are secondary life motivations. You should be able to play a game for 6 - 8 months, less than that and it's not good value. I've played all the main GTA games since III, and have enjoyed the free roaming aspect, but Rockstar never seem to get the story length right. Second playthrough is a lot longer, and I'm at the point of choosing the option I didn't take first time in the Big Score.
