I remember in January if you had an emblem on your shirt or car it would be pretty sharp and not blurred so...

Right now,all I see are blurred/pixelated emblems,is it because of my connection or was it like that for a while and it's a Rockstar thing?

Your own emblem should be clear to you, everyone else's will probably be blurred. Same with tattoos. Always has been for me.

for me, all the emblems of other players were blurred.

Emblems have always looked crappy on clothes when looking at other players. I'm not sure about vehicles though, haven't paid attention enough.

Well it's blurry on my character and others... So...any guesses on why?

Really? I thought it was me not wearing my glasses while playing. Almost talked my wife into a new tv because things were blurry.
