So a few weeks ago I created my first race. I've made a few revisions based on user feedback & very rarely do I get a 'thumbs down' rating from anyone. In fact a lot of people tell me its a lot of fun.

 

I would like to somehow promote it for more people to play. Whats the best way to go about doing that? (for what its worth I don't care if it gets R* verified)

 

Here is a description of the race if anyone cares:

 

1) long race from very top of the map all the way to Simeon's drop off, usually takes anywhere from 7-9 minutes to complete

2) cops ON

3) traffic ON

4) weapons enabled

5) custom cars OFF…i do this for 2 reasons…the first is so no one has bulletproof tires. Its fun to shoot each others tires out while racing and the cops can shoot them out too. The 2nd reason is i don't want to give the higher level players a big advantage over lower levels.

6) LOTS of missiles, health and turbo boost

7) only ONE jump, but if you don't land it you have to restart from the last checkpoint

Where's the contest? What do I win! But it sounds like you're doing it right. Btw. You could put the race in your signature. Goto Facebook,other gaming forums. Stand on a corner yelling about it.

Is this for Xbox 360? If so what it's called? In using the mobile version so don't see signatures.

its much better with more players. Having only 2-3 players is not all that great. When you get 7-10 players its really a lot of fun.

Just keep doing what your doing and hopefully the guys who really liked it bookmark it and share in their circles of players who also enjoy the same style of races.

 

There is no magic trick, unless you get them to share and like for chop !!

150+ plays and your wanting to know how to promote it? I've only got 1 job with 50 plays .

Personally I'm happy with 20 plays as it at least makes it worth my time and I'm happy with the job when I play it and can't spot any more flaws.

 

But if you want plays go to forums like this and post your race. Join crews which promote content (such as the GTA Content Creators) and get involved with them.

 

I'll play it later on. My job, Deja Vu Chaos II, is a similar kind of style so feel free to play it.
