I love the photos and narrative, nice one. It's good to see other vehicles than the Sandking also being used. While the Sandking is probably the best off-roader, it's good to see other vehicles.

“Around Los Santos challenge” Off road “team “challenge

Thursday 16th October

11pm GMT// 5pm CST// 6pm EST//3pm PST// 3.30 IST// 11am UTC

As due, partners and couple Ike and Tina ruled the world in the sixties, within the team each had their role;

Tina sang and Ike beat the sh** out of her... probably not the best example of a great team and therefore I will try again

 

why most men strive for a threesome, there is no denying a twosome is far better than been on your lonesome, with only your right hand and an episode of Baywatch for company.

 

Our history is littered with famous dynamic duos and perfect pairs who achieved the impossible together.

 

Adam and eve

Anthony and Cleopatra

Batman and robin

Jordan and Pippen

Mary Kate and Ashley

Arnie and the chopper

Solo and chewbacca

Meat and Loaf

Armstrong and dope

Bush and Blair ( ahhh maybe not )

 

But you get the idea, and therefore the next “around los Santos off-road challenge” will be a team challenge . “WHAT”! a team challenge , “ WHAT” An event involving two players working together, urrm challenge !

 

Teams are made up of 2 players and 2 vehicles (1 belonging to each member, different models please).

 

The emphasis is on doing things together! (chuckle, chuckle)

 

Will there be a happily ever after for some teams, or will they be stars of the future Jerry Springer/ Jeremy Kyle shows.

8 teams will make up this challenge.

 

 

Here are your steps to off-road happiness try and do the steps together in your own time before the meet !!! (It will be more fun)

1. Pick a partner (make sure you are both available for the date and time)
2. Each team picks an off-road vehicle from each of the team members garage (try to keep the vehicles different models) eg I don’t want teams containing 2 mesa’s or 2 sandkings etc
3. Decide on a team name and theme.
4. Head off to los Santos customs and get your team vehicles re-sprayed and moded to match or represent your theme
5. Head to the barbers and get your hair chopped or his and hers moustaches
6. Head to the clothes store and pick your team uniform or theme outfits
7. Keep your theme quiet until the start of the event.

 

As the event starts, you will meet up with you partner in the lobby and then drive in tandem (both team vehicles) down to the start point.

(Please feel free to plan a dramatic entrance or bring along your own team music)

 

At the start we will have a team showcase and introduction of your team and theme.

 

There will also be a best photo comp, this is a photo taken by a team member of their team mate during the event.

 

 

 

As well as the usual off road madness there will be the following mini challenges

Mini Challenges

Mountain summit team challenge

Relay races

Synchronised hill climbing.

Thelma and Louise cliff jump

And to finish off: time allowing

The 1^st (and most likely last)

“Drunk swingers Team demolition derby”

There will be voting on the following categories

The Brad & Angelina award for “Best looking team”

Best looking vehicles (the winners will receive free matching cars*)

*make and model depend on what’s spawning, at the time in the area*

Most original ingenious stunning theme (Moist award)

The R Kelly “Get a room” award for team harmony

George W bush & Tony Blair award for the “Most dysfunctional, incompetent team”

 

Team partners, Team names, team vehicles, teams themes, team clothes etc must be sorted before the start of the event. Please don’t make others wait when the invites go out !!!

Spend some time together pre event and give yourself enough time together pre events to sort things out. And make sure you are both available.

 

The success of this event is completely dependent on the effort and creativity you put into your team before it starts.

 

With all this we will still be involved in some of the best off-roading Los Santos has to offer us ! Just with a slightly different spin on it!

Ps. we won’t accept any liability for the cost of relationship therapy following this event.

 

To enter please reply with you and your team mates gamertags, acknowledge you are both available, you both have a mic (this is a must for this event) and you have read the concept.
