best desert in gta

i have another poll here this time about deserts which is your favorite? the gigantic bone county or the smaller grand senora desert? i love both but i choose the gsd because ive had so much fun doing videos with friends and offroading with my favorite cars not to mention trevor and his awsome missions. i only wish it was bigger. bone county is nice because its bigger area 69 and some good offroading times. whats your favorite? on a side note do you guys think trevor was in bone county before he went to blaine county? i ask because he seems to love deserts and though maybe he lived there for a while and migrated here or something just a theory. what do you think?

Both are based on two different places, but I choose GSD because its better for offroading IMO. I also wouldn't say GSD is smaller than bone county, quite the opposite actually.

I wouldn't even call the desert in V a desert. It was more like a sandy landscape with a small town.

Bone County felt like a real desert where as the Grand Senora Desert felt like an oversized sandpit.

I realised. Whatever the reason, you still laughed, right? That's what I was saying. I don't mind being a joke. SA's my fav game, that's why I praise it all the time

Both have their pro's and con's and since both are based on different places it's a bit unfair to compare them. None of them felt like a proper desert though. Both are the same size, the difference is that V's looks smaller and less isolated than SA's because of draw distance. SA's desert feels more isolated but looking at draw distance mods, I would rather have a better draw distance. I would have to choose SA's because of places like El Castillo Del Diablo, the Big Ear and the Sherman Dam but like I said, it's not fair to compare both and I actually like both of them.

Although both of them had way too much civilization going on in/around them, I really liked the feeling of the Grand Senora desert.I could actually imagine the heat if I was sprinting around there during a sunny day. Bone County had more areas that were just bare or abandoned which was really cool, but the detail of Grand Senora was fantastic. I only wish that there were a lot more to it, at least 3/4 of Blaine County being desert and a good majority of it being vast and barren without seeing a road or structure every couple hundred feet would have been perfect.

He may be a fanboy (I don't see it that way) but he has a point here, Bone county is an ACTUAL desert, GS is just a sandy part of town

I liked Bone County more because of all the awesome rock formations and the ghost towns.

I prefer Bone County and Tierra Robada.Grand Senora Desert may actually be larger,but it feels too small and doesn´t feel desolated,in almost any area you can see or hear some signs of civilization.The only thing I like in GTA 5 desert more than in GTA SA desert is the Route 68,I just love that road because of its similarities with real life Route 66.GSD should have been larger,have more desolated areas and I would like if a part of Sandy Shores was in better condition(it feels more like a large trailer park than a proper town,I would like something like Fort Carson more,it had both a trailer park and also some better developed parts of town).

SA beats V in the term of the desert space in every way, shape or form possible. V's feel like a sandy square thingie. And this is coming from somebody who praise both games equally.

This thread has and is turning into another washed up place where people release their urge on how much they dislike V, or in other words: another thread of how much GTA San Andreas is better than GTA V. We got it, GTA San andreas is better in game play, map, protagonist, missions, story, characters, desert, cities, GANGWAARRSSS, NPC's, etc etc no need to push it more (This is also an adress to SA fanboys.) I PERSONALLY think this thread should get locked, we already got a thread on why GTA SA is better than V.

Please listen. Mr. sh*t and Fuzzknuckles stated valid points. You should have known that this thread would turn into another 'Hate GTA V' thread. After all, we've only seen 2 deserts so far and there is little comparison b/w the two. We all know which is better.
